An Autism Diary

A day in the life of David Hartley

All In The Details

The other day, David started doing something that struck me as a good thing to share here.  Then I forgot to do it. lol  David, as much as he can’t handle the usual strict schedules kind of life that one hears of all the time with Autistic children, he does indeed love order.  He just shows it in different ways.  The most common, being sorting and lining things up.  Here are some of my favorite photgraphed examples of David in action in this area. : )

  1. I think you have a future interior decorator there! That’s actually a rather novel concept in design!!

    • Climbing and lining! LOL

      • lol yeah he does that one A LOT 😉 : )

    • E.S.: Never thought about it that way before, but you may be right. He does love to decorate things actually. : ) He also is constantly trying to rearrange my furniture. lol Maybe he’s trying to tell me something? lol : )
